Foundational questionsToday in the stacks, someone took note of a crack in one of the concrete pillars in the stacks– though, strangely, the arrow isn’t exactly pointing to the crack. Makes me wonder if this is supposed to be a “made you look” kind of graffiti. Or if they’re just really bad at drawing arrows.

The person who was doing their mathematically-focused homework on the wall has finally found some paper, and left their textbook at the study desk; apparently the topic at hand is econometric analysis. They’ve also made at least a token effort to erase most of the problem set they wrote on the wall.

Someone noticed the Aldous Huxley quote about the only useful traveling guidebook being one’s own, and pragmatically suggested Lonely Planet as well.
